International shipping times depend on the region: it's usually 7-18 business days for the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe, and 14-20 business days for other countries. If you're ordering internationally, please note that duties and taxes aren't included and will need to be paid upon delivery.

For U.S. orders, you can choose between Standard (2-5 days) and Express shipping (1-2 days). For international orders, we only offer Standard shipping. Timing of delivery will depend on the country of destination.

We recommend leaving it in the freezer/fridge so it's ready to use when needed. For hot therapy, place the product in the microwave at room temperature for as little as 20 seconds and TheraICE is ready to help you slip into deep relaxation.

Here are some tips on how to care for your TheraICE product:

• Wipe it down with a damp towel and let it air dry. Don’t submerge it in water.
• If it gets wet, just let it air dry thoroughly before using it again.
• For microwaving, make sure it’s out of any packaging and at room temperature. Start with 20 seconds, then add 10-second intervals until you reach the right temp. For the Wrist Sleeve, try 10 seconds at first, then 5-second increments.
• Always check the inner lining—if you see any ice crystals or gel, stop using it.
• Don’t put TheraICE products in the washing machine or dryer.
• To freeze, place the product in a plastic freezer bag for at least 2 hours. If it’s too cold, let it sit out for a bit before use.
• Only use on dry skin and avoid infected areas or wounds unless a doctor says it's fine.
